Government of Karnataka, Forest Department has invited online applications for 81 Range Forest Officers positions in Department of Forest. The last date for apply online would be 19th December 2014.

Total Vacancies and Post Classifications:
- BSc Graduates : 61 Posts
- Science and Engineering Graduates: 20 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.21600 – 600 – 24600 – 700 – 28800 – 800 – 33600 – 900 – 39000 – 1050 – 40050.
Maximum Age Limits: Minimum age of the applicant should be 18 years completed.
- SC/ST/Cat-I : 32 Years
- Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B : 30 Years
- Others : 27 Years
Application Fees:
- General, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B candidates : Rs.100+ Rs.12(Service Charge)
- SC, ST and Cat-I : Rs.50 + Rs.12(Service Charge)

24/11/2014Date for preliminary examinations has not disclosed by the department yet. But the job notification for RFO in Karnataka Forest Department details that, upon the successful verification of the documents, you will be called for preliminary examinations.
